Vanilla Beans - Grade A
(Gourmet)

Premium gourmet vanilla beans with a high moisture content and rich natural aroma. Ideal for ice cream, chocolate, bakery, and premium desserts.

Specifications:
Origin: Uganda
Appearance: Plump, oily, dark brown pods
Packaging: 1 kg vacuum-sealed bags
Shelf life: 24 months (when stored cool and dry)

COA (Certificate of Analysis):
A Certificate of Analysis is supplied for each batch and includes:
• Batch number
• Moisture content (MC)
• Vanillin content (VC)

Applications:
• Ice cream and gelato

Vanilla Beans - Grade B 
(Extraction)

Extraction-grade vanilla beans ideal for producing high-quality vanilla extract. These beans are drier, leaner, and rich in natural aroma perfect for industrial extraction.

Origin: Uganda
Appearance: Dry, slender, dark brown pods
Packaging: 10 kg cartons
Shelf life: 24 months (stored cool and dry)

(Conventional)

Fine vanilla powder ideal for dry mixes, bakery, dairy, and ice-cream bases. Made from high-quality vanilla beans, delivering natural aroma and consistent flavour.

• Appearance: Beige to light brown fine powder
• Particle size: < 500 µm
• Packaging: 1 kg / 25 kg bags
