Full-fat Soy Flour and Grits are manufactured by an FSSC 22000 certified facility. Full-fat Soy and Low-fat Soy are exclusively produced from local produce. Thus soybeans from different origins (countries) are not blended. The origin is Europe. Our Full-fat Soy is from produced out of one origin, with full traceability to the farmer. Guaranteed Non-GM, PCR < 0.1%.
FSSC 22000 is globally reckognised by GFSI. Like BRC and IFS, this Food Safety Management System gives you the assurance that your Full-fat Soy items are manufactured in an environment where Food Safety is priority number one.
EISS recognise the increasing demand for organic ingredients. Besides organic full-fat soy flour, both enzymatic and toasted, EISS offer fluid sunflower lecithin and organic soybean lecithin, fluid and deoiled. Since ‘organic’ is a legally protected term, organic ingredients may only be called ‘organic’ if they are being manufactured following certain legal regulations. These regulations have been set up by the European government.
In The Netherlands, SKAL (member of the EOCC) is the only certifying body, appointed by the Dutch Ministery of Economic Affairs, to inspect companies in the food chain for complying to these European regulations. EISS has succesfully passed the certification audit. Customers can rely on the organic status of our ingredients. What we call ‘organic’, really is organic. Below you can download our SKAL certificate.
GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practises. Quality and Feed/Food Safety are key factors in the supply of ingredients. Feed ingredients need to be safe, of a high quality standard and manufactured sustainably and responsably. Feed is an all-important part of the Food chain. EISS is proud to be certified according to the principles laid down in GMP+ FSA B3. The main aim is to control feed safety by means of full traceability and complete insight in batch history. With GMP+, one can count on reliability, sustainability and safety.
